This short course is divided into 4 modules.
Modules 1 and 3 are delivered in person and are both of two days duration (Fridays and Saturdays).
Modules 2 and 4 are delivered online, each a half-day on Saturdays.

Module 2
This module is delivered online, approximately 2 months after Module 1. Course delegates will have the opportunity to discuss the application of EMDR in their practice and gain feedback from trainers.

Window of tolerance

Overview of Internal Family Systems model
Cognitive interweaves
Managing dissociation / abreactions
Attachment-focussed EMDR

Module 4
This module is delivered online, approximately 2 months after Module 3. Course delegates will have the opportunity to discuss the application of EMDR in their practice and gain feedback from trainers.
Delegates will receive comprehensive workbooks covering the course content.
Course certificates will be awarded after completion of all 4 modules.

Pay a £200 deposit to secure your place on the course, followed by 4 consecutive monthly instalments of £200, due the month the course starts.
Eligibility
We believe our training should be as open to as many people as possible. Other EMDR training courses restrict eligibility to those with a clinical mental health background, however we believe that EMDR can be utilised by many more in the helping professions, such as counsellors, coaches, social workers and creative arts therapists.
